 The puppies have started to eat their puppy food to kick off the weaning process. They're also becoming more active and pouncing on each other, climbing up the side of the whelping box and even attempting to run a little bit as they test out their new capabilities. We let them eat outside in the grass a little bit today; it got a little messy, but it was fun to see them gain confidence in a new environment.
